Children's Access to Primary Care Practitioners Children Ages 12-24 months
This measure describes children ages 12 months through 24 months who were continuously enrolled during 2009, and had a visit with a primary care provider during the measurement year.
Why is this important?
Visits with a doctor help the child, parents and doctor develop a strong relationship and gives them all a chance to talk about healthy habits. They also let the doctor see if the child has any health problems.
Find your plan score. Look for differences of at least 4%. Smaller differences usually are not significant.
