Health-e-App Public Access

The Health-e-App Public Access online application is now available to the general public! HeA PA allows families to apply online from the comfort of their own homes. HeA PA includes many new improvements and help features that are available to Enrollment Entities (EEs), Certified Application Assistants (CAAs) and public users.  

For Enrollment Entities and Certified Application Assistants

CAAs continue to be important users of HeA and assist families with online applications.  CAAs can assist families by using a CAA account or working with the families while the family is entering information from their own account

If your EE and CAAs have used HeA in the past, please log on using your existing EE/CAA number and password, you will be prompted to change your user name the first time you log on.

If your EE is new to HeA, please contact the HeA Helpdesk to set up your account, 1-866-861-3443 between 8am to 8pm Monday – Friday or 8am to 5pm on Saturdays. Or, email us at HFHEA@MAXIMUS.com.

If you are a CAA and new to HeA, your account will be set up through your EE.
