Children's Access to Primary Care Practitioners Children Ages 12-24 monthsThis measure describes children ages 12 months through 24 months who were continuously enrolled during 2005 and had a visit with a primary care practitioner during the measurement year. Childhood access to primary care practitioners is positively associated with successful completion of recommended immunizations and identification and treatment of childhood conditions at early stages of disease.
